Refund Policy

All sales are final. Laicos does not give refunds on any purchase, subscription, plan or fee.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a subscription whenever you like. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part of a period.
Care Plans
Care Plan payments are not refundable. If a Care Plan ends, you keep everything we built for you. Any later work, including moving your site to another platform, is billed at our hourly rate and quoted to you before the work starts.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
When this applies
This policy applies to purchases made on or after October 10, 2026. Purchases made before that date stay under the terms that were shown to you when you bought.
